No system for broadcasting any information, important news/updates to the Association Members

Sending invitations & receiving RSVPs from all the Association Members instantly in a organised way isn't possible without using WhatsApp. Chapter-Heads should have to count the RSVP responses manually from WhatsApp

Sharing the Photos/Videos of Association's fun-filled moments with the Members is difficult, sharing via WhatsApp & any other social media is also time consumption.

There is no digitalised system to maintain the association members details such as bio details/Business details/contact info. So, Chapter Heads should have to do lot of manual works in maintaining the Members directory

Event invitation doesn't reach most of the Association Members, few others are not receiving event invitations due to overload of messages in their Email/WhatsApp

Members are not able to register for the event at their fingertips and remembering event agenda, date, time, venue is more challenging etc

Not able to do adequate meeting arrangements such as Seating, Accommodation, Food etc.as there is challenge in predicting the attendance via RSVP for the Events from the members

No exclusive event calendar is provided for the members to remember the event date nor they are able to sync the events with their default calendar

Socialization and interaction among the Associations members are very low

It is very difficult for Association's Members to store other member details, so communication among Association Members is low

No exclusive directory to store/display members details, hence sharing of greetings among the Association Members on their special day is missing

A dedicated tool /software that facilitate Association Members to do private chat, socialize, share greetings, set reminders, send instant update etc are missing

Members are missing information shared by Association head via E-mail & Social Media, likely chapter /Associations heads doesn't have proper broadcasting system

Building business/social connections is missing totally. Members are not facilitated to share any updates/knowledge/information related to any particular industry vertical instantly and easily

Associations are missing to listen their member’s voice effectively. Facility for feedback sharing isn’t provided to Association members which gives a feel of missing the close communication.

Lack of system for the Members to share their opinion for Association's critical decision

Association head & chapter heads had to do more manual work for inviting the members to their Board Meeting, Forum Meeting, Vertical meeting etc.,

Association do not have any facility to invite the Members for the Meetings by providing the Meetings type such as Board Meeting, Vertical Meetings etc

Members aren't able to set remainders for the Meetings and so they are missing the meetings

Meeting MOMs are not circulated to members, so they are unable to remember previous meetings takeaways
