Client

The client belongs to a global business network of members existing in 58 countries, is a collection of like-minded entrepreneurs of over 13,000. EO educates and inspires, offering invaluable resources to the members in the form of leadership development programs, executive education opportunities, online entrepreneurial forum and global events among other things offered for professional and personal growth.

Challenges

The client has already been using our mobile application now wants to add a new feature called Biz Room. The interested member can share here their business requirement by posting it to get the response from other fellow EO members, for mutual benefit. Once the mutual introduction is done, the rest of the business will be done offline. Once the business is concluded the post can be removed from Biz Room.

What We did

The Mobile Technical Team viewed this requirement, analyzed it and took it up as an enhancement task and created a new menu called Business Room (Biz Room). Any existing EO member can join in and share their Business Posts, Network and ICE posts with other EO members.
However, there will be a limitation for the number of posts of a member, which will be configured on the Web Admin Panel. There’s also a feature for the member to edit any post already published. There is a moderation process involved for the Biz Room posts, with rights to the moderator who can publish/resend the post with comments.

Benefits

• Any EO Member can publish the business requirements, chapter-wise or industry-wise, and the post will be displayed on the wall after Moderation.
• Any EO Member can also post Network and ICE posts but there won’t be any Moderation involved for such posts.
• The Moderator will be decided by Regional Admin and the Moderator can approve/deny any business requirements to be posted.
