Client belongs to an association organizing learning programs for the development and engagement of youngsters . Their mission is to promote leadership skills of its members, engage their members under the broad categories of education, environment, healthcare, employability, arts (sports & culture) and rural initiatives contributing positively to its surrounding eco system and the Nation.

Challenges

Client’s desire is to have a mobile app to keep their members more active in their organization. Client wants to keep their members posted about recent news and information’s as and when they happen in mobile devices, thus ensuring higher level of engagement and satisfaction.

What we did

We designed and developed an easy-to-use app that delivers information before, during and after the event for the members. By adopting this app you can enable association members to receive the latest updates, events information’s and directory updates on their mobile phones as soon as you publish it. It kept members engaged throughout the year and also served as a full mobile event app for each meetings and conferences.

App was designed in a way that the features, information flow, and navigation scheme used intuitive mobile conventions to engage their members. Social Media integrations with the app promoted various excitement activities like connecting with friends or peers, posting comments for discussions or replying to content, and reading the latest news updates. Here attendees also have options to provide feedback as it happens.
